Wrestler's must be in the facility and checked in by the close of check-in. The League is extremely firm on this, so please allow enough travel time to be parked and in the building and get checked in as soon as you arrive.

CHECK IN TIMES FOR TOURNAMENT
Pre Bantams 2017-18 Check in no later than 8 AM
Bantam 2015-16 Check in no later than 9:30 AM
Intermediate 2013-14 Check in no later than 11:30 AM
Novice 2011-12 Check in no later than 1:30 PM
Middle School 2008-10 Check in no later than 1:30 PM
This fee is per wrestler for the tournament, there is no admission fees for spectators.

Tournament fees MUST be paid by end of practice the Wednesday evening prior to the tournament.
If your child becomes ill or unable to attend the tournament, their registration fees will go into the team fund to help with those who need financial assistance. If we are able to pull your wrestler from the tournament by Friday, we may be able to transfer that registration fee to the following week's tournament. If you request a refund we will consider those on a case-by-case basis. Please chat with us if you have any concerns.
Once we have submitted payment to the League on Saturday morning at 7 A.M. all registrations will be non-refundable.
Please let us know ASAP if a registered wrestler is unable to attend the tournament.
